HIV and Demobilization

A review document was prepared by ICMH and presented at the March 2000 REDSO-hosted interagency demobilization workshop. CERTI captured the workshop and provided a multi-media conference report, which now resides on conflictweb and is linked to the CERTI web. Guidelines for incorporating HIV strategies in to demobilization activities are being prepared by ICMH for completion by mid-September.
