ACT is an initiative of the Payson Center, Human Info NGO and ICMH. this initiative is a part of the Humanity Libraries Project, which is a global cooperative project of more than a hundred organizations coordinated by Human Info NGO. The overall goal of this program is to provide those active in the areas of International Development and Humanitarian Assistance with access to essential publications on a set of CD-ROMs and the internet, made available free or at very low cost. To date, the following libraries are available: Humanity (English and French versions), Medical and Health, Food and Nutrition, World Environment, and this collection on Complex emergencies in Africa. We invite all interested organizations to share their useful publications for inclusion in the library, to distribute these libraries, and to become partners in this humanitarian program
